UNLOADING, STRAPPING, PACKAGING AND WEIGHING LINES OF THE SHEET STEEL PACKS OBTAINED FROM THE CROSS-CUT LINE:

These lines are combined to the sheet steel stackers fitted in the cross-cut lines.

They are used for the unloading and handling in complete safety of the sheet steel packs, performing all operations necessary to obtain finished packs ready for delivery, meaning: strapped, packed, weighed and labelled.

These lines perfectly match to the new PROMEC stackers, thereby becoming a single “package”, capable of optimising and increasing the productivity of the cutting line.

They can also be combined to already-installed stackers, automating the unloading and packaging.

These lines are custom designed following the specific needs of the client, starting from an in-depth analysis of the production and above all of the packaging required.

The packs of sheet steel can be strapped bare (without pallet or lower wooden cross members); on pallet or wooden cross members; with or without protective corners (front and side, top and bottom).

Furthermore, based on the type of material to be treated and the delivery type required the strapped packs can be packaged with protective paper or stretch film.

These lines are modular and adaptable in combination and thanks to a wide range of available accessories can be assembled in different ways in order to obtain varied layouts capable of resolving even the most articulate problem.

Our production range starts from the plain and economical standard line to the top of the range solutions, capable of automatically managing all the unloading and packaging phases as well as labelling.
