SHEET STEEL STACKERS, TO COMBINE TO THE CROSS-CUTTING LINE :
These machines are combined to the coil flattening lines to collect and stack the finished sheet of steel and obtain a completely square pack.
PROMEC produce different models of stackers that can be designed based on the type of flattening machine, on the material to be treated and on the specific needs of the client.

We produce stackers capable of stacking sheets of:
up to 2500 x 20 mm in size with a useful length of up to 16 meters.
The anti-scratching stacker collects one sheet at a time and vertically drops it one on top of the other without damaging the surface.
In the past, this type of machine was used exclusively for the stacking of materials with delicate surfaces such as stainless steel, satin sheet steel, pre-painted, etc.
Whereas today they are regularly used for sheets of black plate to reduce noise and to avoid surface scratching that is no longer accepted by the user’s quality systems.
The novelty is the magnetic stacker that is a high performance and precision machine for the formation of the sheet packs that, being stacked by vertical fall, do not undergo surface scratching.
PROMEC complete the follow-up of the flattening machine by combining packaging, strapping and weighing lines of the sheet steel packs on the out-feed of the stacker.
One of the available optional is the automatic pallet loader that allows to improve the stacker’s operating cycle, avoiding heavy and hazardous manual operations by the operator.
